Everything Judy Retreat
Join me in September 20 - 24, 2023 for my first Everything Judy Retreat in Helena, Montana.
The retreat will be held at the new Mount Helena Quilt Retreat located at 314 N. Rodney Street, Helena, Montana. This retreat is hosted by Sew Fly Quilts and will feature Quiltworx Certified Instructor - Vida Anderson.
This retreat is for ALL skill levels! Bring your Quiltworx/Judy project or maybe you want to start a new one. Sew Fly Quilts will have a store set up with all our favorite paper piecing notions and supplies as well as Quilltworx custom colored kits and of course patterns. And there are going to be some fun door prizes!
Included in the cost is your lodging, ALL meals and snacks, teaching from a Certified Quiltworx Instructor and a Quiltworx Trunk Show with some actual Judy quilts! When we say all meals are included, we mean it. From dinner on the first day to breakfast on the last and snacks in between. All prepared by Vida's chef husband so you know they will be healthy and delicious.
Once you register and pay your deposit, Vida will be in touch to find out what Quiltworx project you will be bringing to ensure she can help you with the project during the retreat. Even if you don't need help, during the retreat Vida will be using the various projects to teach everyone techniques as well as some tips and tricks.
There are three sleeping rooms with twin beds for 12 guests. See pictures for details about the retreat location.
You have two payment options; Pay In Full or Make a Deposit to secure your spot and pay the balance off within 45 days of the retreat (on or before August 6, 2023). Reminders will be sent so you don't forget.
A deposit of $200 is required to register and guarantee your spot. Before booking please read the cancellation policy:
Cancellation Policy - We understand that life happens and sometimes it's beyond our control. Illness and tragedy can certainly impact your ability to attend the retreat at the last minute. However, when you cancel that means we have an empty seat which will likely go unfilled. Any cancellations will forfeit ALL paid fees to date. If you wish to transfer the paid fees to a future workshop(s) or retreat we are happy to do so minus $150.
